Rules of Entry and Exit from respective Stock Market Counter

1. BUY if the price break the resistance. e.g R1, R2, R3 or R4.
Few Scenario:
a) IF price break R1, you go in, wait till R2, If can break through, hold it till R3, sell half at R3 and wait see the price can go R4 or not. When reach R4, sell a portion and wait , see it can break R4 or not. If can break, wait for next target to sell all.

b) If price break R1, you go in, wait till R2, if the price cant break through R2, please lock profit first. samething happen to R3, R4. If the price cant break through, you have to lock profit fast.

2. SELL if you make wrong decision whereby the price cant hold above support level. Cut loss soon after the price is not supported. (if price break R1, on the way going to R2, R1 will the immediate support. If price fail to go to R2, drop below R1 (immediate support level) you have to cut loss fast. samething happen to R3 & R4. Always bear in mind that don ever emotional in cut loss. Once the price below support level, it will go down all the way until deep bottom. Don't let your capital stuck there unless you think the counter is very strong in term of fundamental. However Time value = money value. Sometime we might not afford to let capital stuck for too long.

In what scenario you can wait and hold till it break R4?
a) Market is bullish
b) Market sideway, but company going to announce good news. However, if market is moving sideway and company announce good news before it reach R4, you have to beware. When new is out, that is the time for syndicate to throw their share.
